The other two staff members were somewhat shy, which slightly detracted from the experience, but it's understandable since they were new in their roles. For such an atmospheric and unique place, the music was completely out of place. It felt like there was a loudspeaker at the front of the venue playing classic hits. If they turned down the volume a bit and switched to instrumental lounge music, the overall vibe would greatly improve.
