delicious "family" restaurant once the barrier is crossed with the owners you will discover an authentic, delicious and very good restaurant! It's all done at home. It's the secret. refined, fresh and very good dishes! prices a little high but in the French standards of the region! Come back! View all feedback.
What Gavino Vitali doesn't like about L'eSCentiel:
After reading the reviews on this site, we tested this restaurant. the kitchen is pretty good and the friendly welcome. On the other hand, the portions are not very large, and we did not at all enjoy paying the water carafes 4 € one, total of 12 € because we took three of them, although we also took a bottle of wine. At least we should warn that tap water is billed! It's abuse! View all feedback.
A pure happiness, the entrances, the seriole net and the little cheese plate, a marvel.Thank you.
Coming out of the villa kerylos, my father and I, are headed to the port of beaulieu to recover. We went in front of this restaurant that asked me about the small amount of dishes, good quality gage.We finally opted for lunch with the escent, we were not disappointed. The dishes, the flavors, the quality, the price were up to our expectations, thank you to the chef! for only 19 euros from Monday to Friday noon, you have a flat menu and dessert to choose from the menu. You will not be disappointed the welcome was warm and friendly. We even sympathized with the big table just behind us.We will return without hesitation thank you
Everything is there! Creative leader, who moves to the table and cares about the appreciation of his clients (so long), reception, service, kitchen, price a real without fault! Go to the eyes closed it is a feast of fresh products cooked and served with love! Anyway, it's a trade! Bravo.
Here is a good address for beautiful places, with a very interesting value for money (formal lunch to 19 euros). merlu back in main dish and fig pie in dessert. very smiling team, a real pleasure!
We enjoyed our dinner here. As reviewers have said the restaurant is small, with some tables inside and some outside. It was full but not uncomfortably so and the small (Seemingly only the Chef and Maitre'D!) team managed perfectly. There is something honest about a chef who is involved in everything from setting tables, clearing, serving as well as cooking. The menu is only in French but they do a fine job of communicating the key ingredients, although there is a little leap of faith in the finer details of how the dish will be presented unless you speak French (buts its France so fair enough). The menu is short - 3 or 4 starters, 3 main courses and maybe 5 or 6 desserts including cheese. This is probably necessary to manage with such a small team and to keep everything fresh, but with a general preference against seafood it was a bit of a struggle. Obviously its a seaside town and that's more my limitation than theirs, but I mention it in case you have the same preferences. The third main was veal - but it came with a fish sauce. That is the one thing I would suggest to change on a limited menu, the cross-over of categories (otherwise it was an easy vegetable, fish, meat choice). The flavours were strong (we still smell of garlic!) but I like that. The dessert was great - molten chocolate cake). The service was as friendly as you could ever ask for. Pricing pretty reasonable for the area, 150 euros for 3 courses (with a shared dessert) and a 42 euro bottle of wine. The wine list is short (maybe 4 choices white, rose and red) and caps out at 42 Euro. The red we had was good and the pricing seemed fair, payed a lot more for a lot less on other occasions! This is a nice place to be, whether its your regular, a treat or a change from the gastronomic restaurants of the area.Enjoy it.Thanks
