I'm not a huge fan of roast beef sandwiches, so with that being said, I would always order their hot ham and cheese sandwiches that were amazing! Imagine how disappointed I was when I went to order my meal just to find out that they no longer carry them. Why??? Please bring them back and while you're at it please make the orange cream shake all year long. View all feedback.

I watched the sandwich maker wrap the sandwiches and then throw them like frisbees onto the line. The sandwiches flipped over and the wrapping came off. I told the general manager and she didn't seem to care. It wasn't my food, but I don't want some idiot throwing my food before I eat it View all feedback.

They did not have any burgers or milk shakes that day.
I ordered 4 beef n cheddar's but once I got home it was just beef and no cheddar or Arby's sauce. Also I ordered mozzarella sticks only to have no marinara. I guess I need to open the wrappers before leaving next time.
Honestly don't go here, in their ads everything is like 3 inches thick of just the meat, but only half the sandwich has like one slice.
SLOW service! Almost as if we were an inconvenience!
