Little more, here you can easily agree with the weather if the temperatures are hot (Ex: iced lemon with lightness in dessert); With a real lemon! A little glass of wine, a little beer, all around. The name of the restaurant is well chosen: dishes are as simple as excellent. Here no chichi with pseudo tarabic dishes without interest. For example, very good sun-coated tomatoes, a superb creamy burrata, a homemade pesto, a good olive oil and here. You don't need more to treat yourself. For dessert, a clafoutis with apricot and for drinking a Beaucaire apple juice. It's simple, it's okay. It breathes freshness, homemade fact and local product. The menu is not long: two dishes and two desserts to choose., it's simple but it's enough and for me it's gage of freshness. A special mention for the little waitress who shows (already a lot of attention and professionalism to customers (I advise some local servers to come take lessons here. I wish the Simple all the success he deserves amply and I recommend you stop there during your visit to Beaucaire. The small square is also very nice with beautiful architectural elements. Local people are also very good signs. Get your eyes closed.
