The dining experience here is quite mixed. The dish was well-roasted, which is a plus. The Subway location in Beattyville is half decent; I’d rate it around a 6 out of 10 for a 6-inch sandwich. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. However, parking is an issue since it shares space with a local fuel station, making it difficult to find a spot. I recommend calling ahead to avoid long lines and wait times, as it can get quite busy. The service can be a bit slow at times. On a positive note, they also serve good pizzas.
