Did an on line order that l had all ready paid for, did not have my order started when l came to pick up then had to put up with an attitude from the young man who fixed my sandwich plus there was people who didn't work there back there where the food was being prepared l will not eat there again. Although I initially planned to focus solely on the quality of the food and service, an encounter with a rude individual from France, who unfortunately had an unpleasant smell, made a lasting impression on my overall visit. Let 's start with the positives. The Subway restaurant in Beattyville, Kentucky, boasts a clean and inviting ambiance. The seating area was well-maintained, and the staff members appeared friendly and accommodating. I was promptly greeted upon entering, and the employees seemed eager to assist in crafting my sandwich to my liking. As for the food itself, Subway offers a wide range of options to cater to various dietary preferences. The bread was fresh, and the vegetables were adequately crisp and flavorful. The sandwich artists skillfully assembled my order, ensuring that each ingredient was proportionate and neatly placed. In terms of taste, the flavors were decent, although not particularly extraordinary. However, my experience took an unfortunate turn when a fellow customer, who happened to be from France, entered the restaurant. Regrettably, this individual 's behavior was both rude and unpleasant, aka French . Their demeanor was dismissive towards the staff, and they seemed uninterested in abiding by the generally accepted norms of polite behavior. Adding to the disappointment was the noticeable unpleasant odor emitted by this individual. While it 's important to remember that everyone has different cultural norms and sensitivities, it would have been more considerate for them to be mindful of personal hygiene, particularly in a shared public space such as a restaurant. Though the encounter with the French individual was a regrettable aspect of my visit, it would be unfair to let it define the entire experience. The staff members at Subway in Beattyville, Kentucky, remained professional and attempted to handle the situation as best they could, despite the challenge presented by the individual 's demeanor and odor. In conclusion, my visit to Subway in Beattyville, Kentucky, left much to be desired. While the restaurant itself was clean and the staff was friendly, an unfortunate encounter with a rude individual from France, accompanied by an unpleasant odor, marred an otherwise ordinary dining experience. It is my hope that future visits to this establishment will be more enjoyable and devoid of such unexpected incidents.

Only one worker was working and he was new so really was stressed and embarrassed. I felt so sorry for him. He was super nice but the food was horrible. The bread wasn't stocked so there were only certain breads you could get. It was just very stressful even ordering. It wasn't the boys fault though. They shouldn't have left someone that just started by himself and the shift before his didn't stick anything. Just bad management. Won't be returning.

Placed an order using the app, the location called and informed us that they were out of meatballs the app said to call the location to cancel the order , I called several times and no answer so I made the 15 min. Drive when I got there I was also told that they were out of Italian herb and cheese the person behind the counter was obviously having a bad day or has very poor customer service after the order was placed and the sandwiches were wrapped she then dropped one of them on the floor I did not want to wait or complain but she pretended like it never happened and placed it in the bag anyway, usually the service and food here is great but today if possible I would give a negative rating.
