This was the worst Arby's I’ve ever visited—I’ve never had any issues before until I came to this location. I was telling my coworker how great Arby's is, then bought two sandwiches here and nearly threw up after just three bites.

They sold me something else because they were out of shakes, but didn’t inform me until after I had already been charged and waited for my food. Additionally, the cheese on my burger was extremely cold, which made the entire burger cold very quickly. The cashiers also had a friend come in and hang out at the counter, being loud and disruptive as if he were at home. Overall, the service was very poor.
