What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
This is probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. We arrived close to closing time, about 45 minutes before, and found that the lobby was already closed. We had to go through the drive-thru to order our food. When we got to the window, it seemed like the staff was unorganized and confused. We waited for 30 minutes just to get 4 sandwiches. This was my first time ordering from Subway in Beardstown and it was a disaster. My sandwich was flat with only six small pieces of chicken on it. They forgot to include the cheese, avocados, and olives. It seemed like they toasted it with the lettuce and vegetables and then tried to fix it. It was the most disappointing sandwich I have ever received. I would like a refund for this order.

I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but it appears that they have cut down on their staff which has resulted in long wait times. Be prepared to wait around 10 minutes per person in the line ahead of you. The quality of the food still remains good.

They completely forgot the cheese, avocados, and olives. It seemed like they toasted it along with the lettuce and vegetables, then tried to fix it afterwards.
