This is probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. We arrived close to closing time, about 45 minutes before, and found that the lobby was already closed. We had to go through the drive-thru to order our food. When we got to the window, it seemed like the staff was unorganized and confused. We waited for 30 minutes just to get 4 sandwiches. Each time they brought out a sandwich, they would announce it at the window, "We have the Italian BMT, we have the Cold Cut Combo, we have the House Mayo sauce." It was a frustrating and slow experience.

The meal was decent, but the overpriced cookies were disappointingly hard instead of soft. The service was adequate.

I ordered a salad with lettuce and spinach, but they did not include it. I also requested for my salad to be chopped like they do at Havana, but they refused. For $11, I expect my order to be correct.

This was my first time ordering from Subway in Beardstown, and it was a disaster. The sandwich was flat like a pancake, with only six small pieces of chicken on it. They completely forgot the cheese, avocados, and olives. It seemed like they toasted it along with the lettuce and vegetables, then tried to fix it afterwards. It was the saddest sandwich I've ever encountered. I'm actually considering asking for a refund.
