It is a 12 inch tortilla stuffed to capacity with not only grilled steak but chicken and al pastor as well. But wait there’s more. Some how they find room to pack rice , beans and pico de gallo into this thing to complete the ensemble. Then they top it all off with a generous ladle of creamy cheese sauce and a drizzle of sour cream. Don’t forget to ask for some salsa picoso to kick it up a notch. You may want to keep your hand away from the chip basket because you’re going to need all the room you can get for this delicious gut buster.
