However, today my food was delayed by 2... read more I had a good experience at this restaurant. The last three times I visited with my wheelchair, everything went smoothly. However, today my food was delayed by 20 minutes. While that isn't the worst issue, I had to go to the back to pick it up myself when it would have been better if it was handed to me instead. I understand they were very busy, but there should be a way for them to communicate when food is delayed. If they’re not ready to serve the meals, they need to let customers know, especially if there’s no one available to deliver the food. I really enjoy the comfort of the curly chair, but it's not great to be left waiting while my food gets cold.
