Your typical All-American diner! Excellent service, the staff and regular crowd are very friendly. The food is what would expect to fond in any diner. Cooked perfectly but nothing special.
Outside of the amazing waitstaff it was not a good experience at all. I got a basic breakfast some eggs side and 1 pancake. Nothing had any flavor so I tried to add some. 1 shake of the salt shaker flowed like water, so the eggs were now too salty. Iwent to pay and that basic breakfast was $14! Never again.
Restaurant was packed but the table groupings were appropriate for the current pandemic. Service was amazing and the owner was extremely helpful. They catered to my companies requests and served in a kind and timely manner. The food was amazing and wellcooked. 5/5 would dine again and suggest for friends.
Crab cake was very large but was all filler and tartar sauce was sour. Mashed potatoes instant with no flavor. Would not recommend coming here for a meal. Perhaps their sandwiches are better

I drove around and spotted the restaurant, so we decided to stop in. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. The food was tasty and the staff appeared to be very friendly. We will definitely be stopping by again in the future.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. The man who served us was friendly and attentive. We felt warmly welcomed, and he even offered us a drink while we waited for our food. We ordered breakfast, and our order was prepared correctly and the food was tasty. We will definitely return in the future.
They have a really great breakfast speciality. Prices are good and it is probably the safest place to eat, because every time I pick up my Togo order, the police cars are always in the parking lot and I always see officers in the dining area. smile and on your best behavior when you pick up your food. I've been to Delaware for a long time and I just wanted a few hometown pancakes. Bear Diner had exactly what I was looking for and they were delicious. No complaints.
The water wasn't great, but the coffee was freshly made and the food was perfectly cooked, hot, and delicious. I ordered the farmer's omelette with American cheese, and the portion size was large enough to satisfy a big eater like me. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner. It's worth mentioning that they open at 6:00 AM.
