Beamsville Fish And Chips

Not sure if ownership has changed, I’ve never seen an adult or manager working here lately, and it’s all very young kids who are not polite! this used to be my favourite fish place! Lately my orders have been screwed up, I’ve been missing things in my orders, my coleslaw was so filled with mayo it was runny and looked like soup... and I love extra saucy things but this was disgusting! I was served bad tartar sauce with my dinner and when I called to inform them the girl said well you can come and get new sauce, other then that there’s nothing I can do about it.... no apology or anything, I wonder if she knows she works in the customer service industry? I asked if they kept their sauce in the fridge on a hot day like today and they said no.... but it’s mayo based and 30 degrees outside sooo common sense? won’t be going back here ever again which is super unfortunate! I will stick to a good fish place like fryin guys!

Just ordered from skip the dishes and when the order came there were no chips in the 8 piece fish and chip dinner. When we called the Welland location, that made the error, they told us there is nothing they can do. We needed to go through Skip the Dishes for a refund!!!!! A refund for the chips in a fish and chip meal??? No apology, no explanation of how to help us to get the meal we ordered. When we asked to talk to a manager, another employee came on to tell us the same thing and tell us we were holding up their phone line. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this restaurant.

I ordered takeout and it was absolutely perfect and delicious. More then enough food.

I can't eat seafood due to an allergy, but they also have other foods that is fantastic. the atmosphere is great too.

I find it odd and put off that the cashier girl begs customers for tips and the food was overly greasy and bland. I paid $60 for a family meal, and it went straight in the garbage after a few bites.
