I had the Max's burger, medium well, juicy, not too dry, not greasy nor soggy. The ambience was beautiful, with art and a tin ceiling.Service was impeccable the owners/managers checked on us twice, and so did our waitress. We definitely will come back again!

Hubby was happy that they had flake molson. he ordered the pulled pork sandwich with maisfritter and koleslaw and he shaved everything and let me try it, I would definitely go for the next time, we should find ourselves near max’s (we had the bannerman castle ferry and tour on pollepel island in the hudson, very recommend they take the time to check it, very interesting characters and history). I have the let there be salmon with rice and sweet, very tasteful and the salmon was cooked exactly right.

The food was amazing; I had the spare ribs, and they were delicious! The corn fritter puffs were simply to die for! The atmosphere is delightful, with a bar area, a separate dining room, and outdoor seating. I can't wait to go back again and again!

The pierogies were perfect as well. The chili was a bit saltier than I prefer, but it was still a fantastic dish overall. The service was very friendly, and the portion sizes were generous.
