Isamu - Beacon

Dear Isamu Management, I hope this message finds you well. I have been a long-time patron of Isamu and have always appreciated the quality and freshness of your offerings, particularly your sashimi. Recently, I noticed a change in the thickness and overall quality of the sashimi cuts. They appear thinner and less fresh than what I have enjoyed in the past. I wanted to share this feedback in the spirit of constructive criticism, hoping it helps maintain the high standards that you have offered. Your restaurant has been a favorite of mine, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy the excellent dining experience I have come to expect, but I worry if the quality doesn’t improve, I’ll prefer to dine elsewhere or eat at home. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see the return of the exceptional quality that makes Isamu so special.

Good sushi and staff does their job. It’s not high end but gets the job done and the food is good.

I had some sushi and rolls and they were delicious! Didn’t have any doubts that the fish was fresh. Loved everything! 2 pieces of sushi were gone before I decided to take a picture Service was also good, place was nice and clean. definitely would go there again.

Family and I were staying in the town over (Fishkill) and grabbed a quick late night snack. The lady on the phone was so nice and put my order in the last 5 minutes before closing. I got the monkey roll and I can not get over how good this roll was!!! Highly recommend, salmon and tuna melt in your mouth.

Staff is friendly and the food delicious. We had a reunion with family and friends and stayed a long time and it was so comfortable. We will be ba k!
