We stopped by this restaurant after visiting the street market for a relaxing break and a glass of wine. There was a guitarist performing on stage at the perfect volume, allowing us to both chat and enjoy the music. My partner loved their delicious rose wine, while I decided to try a pint of dark lager from the taps. The owner was kind and attentive, clearly showing his passion for service and creating a great atmosphere. The restaurant had a classy feel, with a wide selection of wines and the added bonus of tap beers. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and enjoy this fantastic spot!
The Karaoke Night at this restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is filled with friendly and lively people, they serve great drinks (although I didn't try the food, it looked delicious), and it's a blast listening to everyone sing their hearts out.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I stopped in for the first time during an event, and Chill has gained a new loyal customer...me. I feel like I've been missing out for the past 10 years! The owners and staff are fantastic, the wine selection is top-notch, and the menu is filled with my favorite...cheese. I can't wait to return, especially when they have live music playing. Chill is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of red wine.
I have no doubt that Chill is now my favorite local hangout spot. It has everything I adore - the perfect Chianti, small plates, a cozy and intimate interior where I feel comfortable whether I'm alone, with friends, or on a date night with my partner. The friendly proprietor even came over to thank me for taking a photo. It reminded me of a place I used to own in Williamsburg, bringing back nostalgic feelings. My group of four arrived around 7:30 pm on a Saturday evening and we were lucky to snag a table by the windows, perfect for watching the jazz band that started at 8:30. The spacious area would be great for a large gathering, with banquettes and plenty of pillows creating cozy nooks. There are also tables with chairs along the walls and a long bar that are equally inviting. The back area is darker and even more intimate, perfect for discreet meetings or romantic encounters. The homemade hummus was delicious, especially the Greek olive style we chose. We also tried the bean dip, which unexpectedly came with cheese, but my brother and sister-in-law said it was excellent. I would love to see more vegan options on the menu because their food is top-notch. It took me too long to discover Chill in the Fishkill/Wappingers/Beacon area, but I plan on making up for lost time by returning frequently. Count on it.
Great place to hang out, enjoy the vibe and relax. Went sat night, ample seating surprisingly. Had couches, chairs, table and chairs and bar area for diverse seating options. Light food, cheese, cheese and fruit and cheese and meat platters and paninis. Gotta say, we had wine and beer, but that chocolate cake for dessert, was to die for! Simply perfection! Staff are efficient and don't rush you. There was a jazz trio performing who were very good. The ambiance of the place is great and would definitely return.
