INCREDIBLE! Really cannot say which was better, the food, the service or the cocktails. We ordered almost every app main on the menu (large group), and every single dish was outstanding. The menu has something for everyone- even the pickiest of eaters was accommodated with a smile and endless patience. Service was amazing. We never had to flag a server down or wait for a drink. The Korean BBQ was very tasty. The cheesesteak special was just ok. It needed more flavor especially after having the BBQ. Sat in the front in the sports bar area. The back of the place has more of a restaurant feel. View all feedback.

Exceptional food in an inviting atmosphere. Carter?s has everything from casual pub fare to an a la carte raw bar and well composed, perfectly executed main courses. It?s difficult for any venue to do everything well, but Carter?s pulls it off guests wanting pizza and wings will leave just as happy as ones ordering oysters, or salmon. Having tried many dishes overseveral visits, including their variety of specials, I have never been disappointed and always know that Carter?s is a safechoice for out of town guests or visitors to Beacon because everyone will leave happy. Additionally, and worth mention, Carter?shas great drinks and a fantastic brunch menu in a city with no shortage of good food, Carter?s stands out in its own merit andis the perfect stop for anything from quick bites and a drink to a multi course dinner. Highly recommended!
Steak (Filet? Tacos were great! the bang bang wing were fantastic! The service was second to none. greeted with a smile and Deidre was attentive. she just implemented the friday happy hour deal to my bill
John was absolutely amazing as greeter, server, manager extraordinaire. Great sense of humility and humor mixed with professionalism. Beer and Berry Martini were fantastic and we only ate the nachos but they were amazing too! Well done Carter's!
