Nordstrom Grill - Feedback

What Oleg Krivoy doesn't like about Nordstrom Grill:
I was out shopping at the mall and decided to grab some lunch at Nordstrom Grill. As soon as I walked in, the manager asked me in a hurried tone how he could help me, making it seem like I was inconveniencing him. Keep in mind that they had just opened a few minutes prior. I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was extremely impressed with the service. Our waiter, David, was outstanding. He was attentive and genuine, providing top-notch service. The food was also delicious. I enjoyed my burger and the fresh oatmeal raisin cookie, but the standout dish was the tomato basil soup. I would definitely return just for a bowl of that soup.
