Godiva Chocolatier - Beachwood

I must say, as a chocolate lover, Godiva has the best chocolate I've ever tasted. I was really pleased with the service and my drink; it truly felt like a little slice of heaven.

I’m not a fan of chocolate, but this place has me hooked on their sweets and shakes! Every time I visit the mall, I always make a stop for their white chocolate strawberry shake. It’s a delicious blend of strawberry puree and white chocolate flavor, topped with whipped cream and strawberry sauce! It might just convert anyone who doesn't like chocolate. The staff are fantastic, and the shop is well-organized and inviting. I can’t wait to come back soon!

My fiancé loves Dark Raspberry Truffles, so when his birthday was coming up, I decided to visit the Godiva Store in Beachwood to pick some up. The store was quite busy due to the holiday rush, but I was greeted warmly and even offered a sample of their hot chocolate while I waited. The salesperson, Sierra, was both efficient and knowledgeable, and she assisted me in arranging the chocolates to ensure they would be a surprise. They arrived on his birthday, in perfect condition, and he was absolutely thrilled! Excellent service!

The smell is absolutely amazing and the sights of all the choices are even better. I wish I could have bought one of everything. Definitely will be back to try some other things out. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.

I'm not a chocoholic, but this is soooo smooth and good, it can easily become addictive. Staff is not the most inviting but the service is efficient.
