I like vegetarian option, and tried choolah perfectly balanced bowl with panneer(Indian cottage cheese) and Tikka masala. They are maintaining the taste and it's still mouth savoring. Tried samosa Chaat and I feel it has become less spicy than last time. Posting the pictures of these.

Protein cooked to perfection. The roasted veggies-GET THEM! I loved my hot chai tea and the mango lemonade. The interior is industrial but still bright and warm. The decor cool and thoughtful. The music was great, too. There was a cool hand washing station as well. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. My friend was so impressed he inquired about becoming an investor.

I am not visiting again Awesome place with unique menu! If you want to have Indian food, try few indian curries with naan and ricebowls, this is the place. Indian food with slight fusion touch. The place is clean and staff is good too. They have spicy saucesas well for certain group of people who love spicy foods. And loved their mango lemonade. Loved it!

Ordering is a bit confusing at first but they are helpful in explaining how to order. First pick a protein their paneer is so yummy! Then abase of rice or herbs or a combo of the two. Then your masala lentils or potatoes or beans in a flavorful sauce and finallyone last sauce. Yum!!!
