Benihana - Beachwood

The restaurant feels dirty, the waitress was less than friendly till it was tip time. She actually told us the to go boxes were on the next table, help yourself. The chef was great. We were just about to get up and leave when she came over and asked if we wanted our ice cream or sherbet? Really, I forgot all about it and it came with the meal. The soup was Luke warm, the salad dressing was sour. I'm handicapped and didn't appreciate having to use the other elevators where the doors opened before getting to the floor. Not safe.

This places had always been my favorite restaurant even as a kid. Overall the service is terrible. Please work on y’all customer service.
