We shared in Indigo an awesome prime rib of beef, with potatoes baking in duck fat... Local and delicious. We drank a good glass of wine and had a pavlova for...dessert. The restaurant is spacious and convivial. The kitchen is opened on the room so you can see the chef cooking. Bazas beef a must eat for meat lovers !
