The customer service was exceptionally excellent! I hadn't visited Wingstop since July because of a bad experience at another location. However, the team at the Mont Belvieu/Baytown store, led by their DM Chelsea, won me back over! The only downside is that they're a bit far from me, as I live in La Porte and they're on Hwy 146. But I truly appreciate the great customer service!"

When I got home, my kids were ver... read more I received an empty bag when I visited. Several employees appeared to be under the influence of something, possibly marijuana. When I got home, my kids were very disappointed. I've also had other negative experiences, such as encountering people vaping and using drugs in the restroom. Overall, this establishment doesn't leave a good impression.

This really wouldn?t be an issue but the we were sat at a large table since it was more than 6 of us. Half the table was dirty and when I asked the young lady at the front desk shesaid the napkins are over there. Then I asked the other young lady if she could please give me something to clean the dirty halfof the table. The other lady offered me 4 wet wipes to clean the dirty table myself. I was irritated and was going to just sitat a clean table but then Beatrice came and happily cleaned the table as the other girl stood behind the counter and continuedto text on her cell phone. As I am a newly Christian I didn?t tell her how ignorant her actions were also I figured she was akid. Some redirect should be given because it was unnecessary and very disrespectful. I have worked in the food service and Iwould never sit someone at a dirty table then hand them wet wipes to clean it themselves. At the end of our party eating Ithanked Beatrice for going the extra mile and cleaning the table when I had offered to clean it myself. The nasty looks werealso very unnecessary. I pray that the manager takes care of this issue I was nice smiled and made eye contact.
