I stopped on Thursday at 19:00 and they were busy making carnitas in a traditional pot. I have a pfund of the "small flesh" and it was delicious! this place is legit, the fresh tortillas are excellent and the uncooked keep forever cooler. they also know thier salsas. I guess here, but the influential seems to be authentic monterrey. Get out! View all feedback.
They have hard to find fresh made tortillas. carnitas are excellent.
