To be honest, this place is not worth it. The staff has a poor attitude and doesn't allow you to finish your order. There were also many flies around the donuts, which is definitely not acceptable.
The food is enjoyable, but they often don't have what you're looking for. The atmosphere created by the women in the window is quite charming. Just be prepared to wait a long time, so it's not the place for a quick meal.
I have lived in baytown for 60 years and for the first time I had bad eating of snowflake. - yes, the kolachen were cold and stale, and the donuts were dry and greasy with glaze that was all in the box when I came home. I guess everything's good to come to an end. I would never have thought that I would remove snowflake from my list of baytown dinge for visitors to experience.
Their customer service is excellent and we appreciate your drive thru service very accurate in all the orders and your positive attitude is just excellent. Thank you for giving us good drive thru service.
