Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baytown

This has to be the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to. 1st, during dinner hours they have the main doors locked. So, in a rainstorm you have to walk all the way around the store and go inside thru the drive-thru door to pickup my mobile order. Makes sense. 2nd, absolutely no sauces added to the bag even though I paid for extra and then attitude when I go back to the counter and ask. 3rd, the food was absolutely terrible. Chewy chicken sandwich and then no wings in my box of wings, just bland chewy tenders.

There was a little wait to place my order.. but the customer service was excellent.. the lady at the window asked me if i needed condiments with i really appreciated! food was hot fresh and good!

Order online 30min before pickup, then walk inside waitting no one help, then go to drive thru waitting for 30min, my turn at drive thru realized they not even start my order.

Waited in drive thur line for 40 minutes got my order taken and got cold food and my wings didn’t even have ghosts pepper on themI understand they were under staff but seriously my red beans and rice was so

Ordered delivered. Expensive and again messed up order. The reason i chose them was for potatoes and gravy and they left it out. AGAIN. This lication can not get an order right at all. And the chivken was so dry and tough. Lije it waa inder a heat lamp all day. Ordered a Family box and recieved all dried out breast and wing. No legs no thighs. After two otger screw ups i have now tried for last time. Will deive further to get decent fresh chicken. I do not recommend the Mont Belvieu location.
