Domino's Pizza - Baytown

This place has to be 1 of the worst pizza places around. Be prepared to wait 2hrs for your pizza and it will still be wrong and cold. Everytime I try to give them another chance they do the same thing

This is the worst experience of Domino I have EVER HAD. This is also not a Karen moment in which I have no idea how the service industry is. I waited for five years. I worked in a drive. It's hard, but it's not that hard. Anyway, first the website would not accept my card, and then I called to order, and it took 16 minutes to place it, and then they arranged me for the execution, not delivery, so I had to go to get my pizza, only arrive and be told that they canceled my order from one employee and that the order disappeared from another. Joke is on me because I couldn't give up after the site didn't work. If the management sees this, one of your employees was on the phone at the switch and everyone has to be retrained.

I placed my order at 6:30 and ordered on the app. I was told it would be ready between 7:05 7:11. I arrived here at 7:18 there was no parking, my pizza wasn't ready so I had to wait and additional 30 45 minutes for an order.

I normally don’t make reviews. I ordered a pizza and it took four hours to get it. Got the pizza and it was cold. I have had orders in the past to where my pizza was crushed. Will not be ordering from here again. This place is a joke.

I realized that if I want to enjoy my pizza, the best option is to go, order, wait. The pizza delivery was not a good experience, probably because of the revision of the delivery staff. We, the customers, are no longer visited with a greeting or a smile, but there the signs of our time
