Domino's Pizza - Baytown

I give the manager, Michael, 5 stars by step and not only control over a very bad customer service situation, but also do the right thing and fix it! He also made it clear that he would offer his young employees more customer service training so that they know how to communicate properly with paying, well standing customers. Do not leave them to this person or person on the phone if you have a problem! Ask for Michael and do it for the first time.

Pizza was a good service was really slow workers to deal with Air Pods music before service I think.

It's a complete train wreck inside the store, the pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up from the app time 15 minutes ago at the latest. But now that I'm here, other people have been waiting for an hour. Employees throwing stuff around and very I'll tempered. I have the pizza is decent when I finally get it. ‍

I never got my food for over two hours. I asked for a refund. Never again.

First, made sure we had the correct establishment. Ordered what we thought was 3 of the five cheese dips believing it came with bread. The fiasco begins. Delivery was on time by the nicest driver who actually thanked us for the tip. We hope to eat....and no bread. We were never told that the dip and bread were separate orders. It's not how it's shown on the site. Called back. After much to-do the young girl told us she would fix it and send the bread right out. 52 minutes later, no bread. Called back. There was NO manager on duty. I got hung up on by a male employee. So much for friendly service. Awful experience! Screaming and hollering in background. Daughter went there. The girl at the window called her an a -hole with my 6 yr old granddaughter standing there. Awful, awful, awful.
