Chicken Express - Baytown

We received our order tonight, but unfortunately, all four dinners were completely incorrect, and none of them included gravy! I'm not sure what's happening at this place; it used to be good.

I ordered an 8-piece family meal that included a large side and six biscuits. I requested some packets of hot sauce and honey, but they wanted to charge me 35 cents for each condiment! I was informed that with a combo meal, condiments are included, but if you opt for a family meal that costs $28, you have to pay extra for each condiment packet? This is just ridiculous! Who thought that was a good idea? Other than that, the food was pretty good, scoring an 8 out of 10.

Oh my gosh, the girl at the window yesterday around 5:30 was absolutely delightful and so welcoming! She made the experience so enjoyable. She's a real gem!

They forgot our rolls in our order, but they did give us two extra rolls when we returned to pick them up.

Been at this location twice. Service at the window is good. They took my order and it was ready in a timely fashion. Both times I have gone on a Sunday about an hour after they open. Prices are competitive with other chicken restaurants. Worth my time and money to return.
