The food was served hot and tasted great. However, our server, Kailyn, was not very attentive. We didn't receive any beverage refills and when we requested a drink, it was never brought to us. We ended up placing our finished plates and trash at the end of the table, and several times another waiter had to clear them away to make more space. I go every Thursday for BOGO boneless Thursdays and the wings (Hähnennuggets) are great and quite affordable. The service is good. The beer on Hahn is not very good at all. You need to rinse and clean the valves. She lost a star alone. All-in-all, I don't have to drink a tap beer. Not too bad in a place.
The server wasn't really attentive. We tried to be friendly and initiate conversations. Negative ghost rider. However, the server was not bad, only locked out. Who knows the server had a bad day. We all have them. The mango habanero sauce was the hottest I ever met at any BWW. Whomever made the sauce, HAD to maniacally laugh during the combination of ingredients in a tub. Muhahahahahahaha (pinky to the side of the mouth). No need to go to the gym, I sweated down eating the mango habanero. The food came out quickly and properly. They offer sweet and unsweetened tea here.
Went on a busy Sunday. They forgot one of the appetizers we ordered and took a while for drinks to be refilled. The wings were cold in the center. I had the nachos and they were ok. There's a reason I've only been there 2 times
Nice location, okay service, but the Tuesday wings I got today , is more like a quail wings, what’s going on?!?! A bit disappointed coz I am still hungry after eating it, when usually the same order is good for two meals now not even one If the free one is smaller I get it, but they all extremely small this time , almost mini!!!!! Why?
