I really love Dunkin', but I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location unless I absolutely have to. I'm not sure if it's the way the manager interacts with the staff or if it's just one particular employee, but I've experienced multiple issues here. I've had my order taken by another customer twice because they announce the food items instead of the order numbers. It's common knowledge that multiple customers can have the same order. They really need to announce the order number instead of the food itself to avoid this confusion. To make matters worse, the employee had the nerve to blame me for not paying enough attention. I only had 15 minutes left to eat before my shift started because I had to wait for my order to be remade due to their mistake. I'm really frustrated.
I visited this location for the first time, and my experience was not great. The cashier was a bit rude; she didn't greet me and just asked if I wanted the buy-one-get-one-free donut deal. I ordered an egg and sausage croissant and a watermelon raspberry drink. Unfortunately, the drink tasted predominantly like green tea without any real hint of the other flavors. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and there was trash scattered around.
Out of all the Dunkin’ donuts I had, this one was the worst.
Convenient location for those awaiting patients undergoing surgery at the office above. Friendly staff. No lines.
