We're happy to pay more because the service is always friendly and the food is good. However, some of the long-standing waiters and head waiters often have an exaggerated nonchalance that borders on arrogance. Especially when you have to return something because it wasn't of good quality, you as a customer have to argue with them. This pizzeria shouldn't have to go through that. The customer should be king, and then compensation MUST be offered. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case

The service and atmosphere were good, and even when my colleague returned his pizza because it was the wrong on... read more There were eight of us and the place was packed. The service and atmosphere were good, and even when my colleague returned his pizza because it was the wrong one, no one complained. But unfortunately, the dough on none of our pizzas was cooked through properly.
