So good Italian restaurant in Bayreuth. One of our favourites! Terrace is nice. Worth to walk there and have pizza or pasta.

Let’s start with the best part of PizzaRia. the building is a old factory and looks really sophisticated from outside, the parking place is huge and comfortable to reach. Inside .. the room is huge and for my taste a little bit too cold and straight. The service stuff is always there, working with a reasonable speed and a good approach .. not really super friendly, but ok. I am really sorry to say this, but the food is lesser than intermediate.. the Pizza is really poor and so, the core offer of this restaurant is not their strength. the starters and salads are ok, not more, but ok. In general I would say, that the PizzaRia is a very normal and averaged level restaurant.. there are plenty of much nicer and better restaurants in bayreuth.

The environment is great. Waters are great too. Food was above average pizza was good though. If in big groups make sure you keep a check on your orders so you don't over order and get hit with a big bill and a big left over trail

My husband's family took us to dinner at PizzaRia on 01/10/15. Restaurant was a little out of the way had it not been for my in-laws living in Bayreuth I would never have found this place. It was situated on the upper floor of a brown brick building facing a large car park had a lovely terrace area for al fresco dining. We had reserved a table for six which was lucky as the restaurant was extremely busy for a Thursday evening. The menu offered typical Italian dishes like pizza; pasta; lasagne. I opted for the Funghi Pizza mushroom) which was very enjoyable my hubby chose the lasagne. Although the cocktails were expensive €8.95) I did enjoy their Mojitos. Service was slightly slow with us frantically having to catch the attention of staff as they rushed by but they were always polite helpful. The big shock of the night was when my hubby went to pay the bill approx €94 for six people) he was told the restaurant does not accept credit cards except an EC card not sure if this means a cheque-card or a Eurocard). It was lucky my brother-in-law stepped up paid or my hubby I would have had to wash a lot of dishes!! I did enjoy my meal at PizzaRia but probably wouldn't go out of my way to return. I would rather stick to the main streets of Bayreuth I am more familiar with.

I ordered Penne Bolognese all Forno and a Tiramisu, it was very tasty I have never seen such a beautifully dressed Tiramisu when I ordered it for home. The lasagna of my husband was again very tasty:
