An eight course... read more We had the luck to visit Bayonne at a special night. Chèf Sébastian Gréve organized a special night in his newly opened restaurant Sequence(s). An eight course surprise dinner with pairing cocktails made by a cocktail specialist Tommy. The result was awesome. All the eight courses were taste explosions. Only after we finished the dish and cocktail (after guessing), we were explained by the passionated staff and Tommy what we ate and drunk. And as surprise, the full menu was handed to us after we finished. What a night we had! This combination of food and paring cocktails should be repeated to let others enjoy this awesome experience! Very well done Sébastian and Tommy! Chapeau!!!
