Without booking we arrive at 1 pm to 5, immediately installed, the smile of the waitress is frank, I start to recognize it, not cheating, it is reassuring. everything is explained to us and it's gone for a regalade of, tartare, hot goat salad, salmon carpaccio accompanied by trout and marinated jacques, the meat panache of the butcher, the tab, spider, pear, everything is deliciously melting. For meat lovers, and good meat, take a tour at the bayonne butcher shop (just at the exit of the highway to return to the bayonne centre. a complete map, respected cooking, hearty dishes and a service made by people who seem happy to do so.
Dinner in this restaurant on Friday night! very nice service fast ,viande served rosé and tender ,prix moyen ! perfect
Great choice in the map. beef is of very good quality. Tartar is excellent. restaurant advised without any risk.
July 10 in the evening. (note 22042.)Entrecôte 200 gr demande bleu. with potato in the oven;100 gr of consumable the remaining fat and doubtful edges no taste or rather insipid! at 17,50 €... and I avoided fries, not even home...A meat of bad quality that didn't seem to be of extreme fraicher...If we go to a restaurant called "the butchery" is that we love meat. And now, Surprise! Not good! Not good.
On holiday in the area, two passages in the same week in this restaurant. very friendly reception by staff. clean, air-conditioned restaurant. the dishes offered were of excellent quality, a tartare of divine tenderness. the other meats consumed were all as good. For a first in this chain, nothing to say.
