I recommend. prices are very correct and especially, galettes are copied. You can leave without hesitation.

As far as I can remember La Bolée has been near the cathedral in Bayonne, his owner was a well known face in the city. I think that 's actually where I had my first restaurant paid by myself as a young adult : So I decided to stop there for a quick sweet break during our holidays last time. I was suprised to discover that my crepe was just average, far away from what I remembered. I also noticed that the waitress couldn 't answer a basic question from the neighbouring table, suprising... Then a few days later, we were looking for a diner option, we wanted something quick and simple and it was only 20.45. While in front the restaurant, we said that we wanted to have diner, the waitress said I have to check with the manager . Manager came and said I am sorry, we have reached 150 couverts today, we are not serving anymore. Otherwise, my chef will go crazy, and you know everybody will end up in burnout so...lol Have a nice evening! . I looked at my husband in disbelief, so were the 3 people behind us. I guess it was an attempt to hide staff issues...? Either way, you are open or not, and if you are, you serve people at 20.45. And you are lucky enough that you can refuse business at 20.45, at the very least, propose an alternative: book for an other evening? do some take away? Not to mention I didn 't find making burnout humour to be particularly sensitive, specially in an industry that has been suffering so much over the last 2 years...I won 't spend my money in this place again!

A really nice creperie conveniently situated right next to the Cathedral in the historic district of Bayonne. A really good selection of sweet and savoury crepes. We did not have to wait long for our order and the crepes were delicious. Reasonable priced and excellent, first class service which is always appreciated. Highly recommended !

This crêperie is very popular and people were queuing outside when we left. The staff were efficient and friendly, and luckily they were able to accommodate us as a group. Collectively, we all choose several buckwheat galettes and all the plates were clean when we finished. The value is excellent, including the house wine.
