I have to say this is one of the best steaks i have eaten in long time. The whole set menu was amazing, serving yourself cider from the casks was fun and you could have as much as you liked. Unwelcoming, over-priced, no more than average food. The sour-faced staff ensured that our usual boisterous Basque pensioners were underwhelmed. A sangria apero was 3,50. Bread and wine were rationed. Probably the politicians upstairs had better food and service, but we mere mortals found nothing to understand this restaurant's popularity. Poor. View all feedback.
A wonderful culinary and cultural experience.
Group meal , 690 euros in total, for this sum we hoped to have a small patxaran or manzana offered... visibly the fact of taking menus , whatever the sum , made that we do not have the right to a digestive. For such sums it would be the least of the things... practicing the establishment for many years I still can’t believe it. Visibly the cider spirit is only good for Parisians in July... Apart from that, nice service and excellent txuleta, you have to say it!

Great discovery! Copious, good and friendly: this restaurant checks all the boxes. I recommend for group or family meals.
