We dro... read more My wife and I were coming back from betting and while we were approaching bayeux, she suggested that she was hungry and that she wanted something to eat. We drove to mcdonalds. the counter staff is almost gone and you now have to order using automatic touch screens, then pay and recover from the girl alone at the counter ......I have a number of problems with it. First, touch screens are known to transmit germs and although I don't want to be peeling, it seems to me that the only reason why mcdonalds chose this path is that they save money on personnel costs. personally, I do not wish to pick up the germs of others even if I recognize that door handles, etc., are not better! Even worse, they abandoned their luxury potatoes for the benefit of crispy potato slices, of which very few are packed in a small bag of 100 mm x 120 mm and for which they load like a wounded bull! If it's their chosen mission, I'll never eat at mcdonalds again and if you're wise, you might consider doing the same. This is a scandalous decline in norms for profit of companies. Shame on you!

I like to go to mcdonalds in other countries. it makes fun to try the menu variations and can also be a small place of familiarity if everything around them is... read more I like to go to mcdonalds in other countries. it makes fun to try the menu variations and can also be a small place of familiarity if everything around them is different and the world does not make any sense anymore. these mcdonalds, unfortunately, do not give the peace and rest that we so desperately sought. we ordered with the magic screens to avoid all human interactions and chose our meal delivered to our table. they have not come. I finally went to the counter and saw our order ready and waiting. this happened both times when we went in, and both of them looked like the order had already been finished. at my request, the employee was not sure if the order was ready. then again, while they watch their grip other food items it appeared she was not sure that they even worked there. I was reminded that jack skellington sings “What is this?” (I enjoy the song.)

Only one terminal to order therefore waiting endless, then waiting at the table to receive the tray, I did not expect a culinary miracle so I was not disappointed, but still hungry, I wanted to take desserts, the staff replied that it was not time to serve me because there was too much delay in the trays...For the same price I could have eaten at will in an Asian restaurant...

It’s fun to try the menu variations, and can also be a small place of familiarity when everything around you is different and the world no longer makes sense. This McDonald’s unfortunately does not provide the peace and tranquility we were so desperately seeking. We ordered using the magic screens to avoid all human interaction and chose to have our meals delivered to our table. They didn’t come. I eventually went up to the counter and saw our order ready and waiting. This happened both times we went in and both times it looked like the order had been ready for quite a while. On my enquiry the staff member wasn’t sure if the order was ready. Then again, while watching her handle other food items it appeared she wasn’t sure she even worked there. I was reminded of Jack Skellington singing “What’s this?” (I do so enjoy that song).
