We ate here last night. had a reservation for 7 o'clock, but came 15 minutes early with our two labradors. the place was empty, so we asked if it was possible t... read more We ate here last night. had a reservation for 7 o'clock, but came 15 minutes early with our two labradors. the place was empty, so we asked if it was possible to sit at our table to protect our dogs from the heat. we were told. No, what we thought was very rude. we waited another 10 minutes, but started to sit and get to see drinks. we got our table that was in the corner and was good for the dogs. one of the employees brought water for the dogs that were friendly. we felt that the female manager continues to be rude to us and then let us wait 25 minutes in a targeted manner before we take our order for drinks. interestingly, other customers who were visited after us were served before us with drinks and then returned to take their food orders. we can't help, but the feeling that she taught us a fiction because she wanted to sit down earlier. pretty pathetic. the pizzen were good, but they arrived unpainted and are hard to cut even though they get a sharp knife. Unfortunately, the place in customer demand is so that they can afford to turn away rude people. it is short-sighted and a business should never take its customers for granted.

Right from the get go, we were treated dismissively by the servers who acted as though our family was a burden. They refused to let us order carry-out, claiming that we were too early,...but when another (much larger) group of tourists arrived and asked to carry out just minutes later, they obliged. All in all, my family and I felt that we were being singled out. Even some of the other customers were staring at us.
