Was Solanum at Congrek a mag?
Such a great place, worth a stop whenever you get in your car. Very easy to get to, but fairly limited parking. We got pancakes, tostadas francesas (french toast), burrito rellerade (stuffed burrito with tofu scramble), and a mexi bowl. I only tried the sweet ones, but those were AMAZING! Just loaded with fruit nuts (frutas y semilla) and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend any vegan come here at least once. View all feedback.
What AlyssaEckles dislikes about Congrek:
Our original restaurant fell through, so we ended up getting an early lunch at ConGrek. We had the tofu scramble burrito (very good , the CokGrek burrito (not a fan, I think the plantains were too mushy for me , and the baklava (great! . The restaurant was lacking in other ways, though, like no working light in the bathroom, no towels to dry your hands, and odd low lighting in the restaurant. I liked the options they... I love this place. There’s a huge menu with tons to choose from. The people were all very sweet and helpful, and they write encouraging scriptures on your to go bags. I got panqueques con guayaba, papa fritas con mayo ketchup, y La Mexibowl. The pancakes came with 3 huge ones, topped with fruits and seeds. I could barely eat 3 bites before I was full. Huge portion! Very tasty and I think they said they’re gluten free (but please ask them directly if you have a sensitivity and/or allergy to gluten). The Mexibowl was made with fresh ingredients. Very good and fulfilling. Perfect for when you want to eat lighter. This bowl was gluten free. I also ended up trying a few desserts (took them to go): Pumpkin cake with icing delicious! Guayaba Baklava delicious!! Guayaba and strawberry donuts yum! It’s about a $7 10 Uber ride from the Condado Beach area (depending on the time of day), but 100% worth the trip. #Veganuary
If you are looking for authentic PR food or American Brunch this is the place to be. Everything was yummy, portions were plentiful. Bring your conversational spanish and enjoy!!

Great service. Nice people. Owner super nice and sweet, specially with my elder parents. Have tried almost everything. Breakfast and lunch are yummy! Love the burritos, specially the Grecoso and the Pizzadillas. Also, nice stuffed mofongos! Gluten-free options. Gluten-free baklava: guava, pistachio and coconut. Pumpkin pancakes yummy!
We stumbled in this place during the neighborhood. They offer an extensive and varied menu. We ordered the 2 specials that came with a delicious noodle (Fideo) soup. The mushrooms in the wine sauce over Reispilaf were our favourite! The portions are generous. We had her homemade passion fruit juice (jugo de parcha) and Tamarindo. Both were excellent and not too sweet. We ordered coffee and their chocolate cake, which was made too perfection-super moist. We can't wait to try the pumpkin pancakes!! The atmosphere was secret and squeaky clean. Super sweet decor. We'll be back soon!
Our original restaurant fell through, so we came to an early lunch in ConGrek. We had the tofu cube Burrito (very good, the CokGrek Burrito (not a fan, I think the Plantains were too tasty for me, and the baklava (big!). The restaurant lacked in other ways, but like no working light in the bathroom, no towels to dry your hands, and strange low lighting in the restaurant. I liked the options they had, but I don't want to come back. Updated by previous rating on 2023-02-01
