Great experience with this group. I tried to rent a golf cart online and for some reason their system didn't capture the information. Got there and they gave us a cart anyway. The manager called me a day later to apologize mix up with thereservation system. Truth be told is was probably user error on my part. Anyway it was great to see customer service at itsfinest.
