Greco Pizza Xpress - Bay Roberts

Staff order online for pizza at 6:29 for one function. The order will be ready for about 20 minutes. When I showed up, there was no pizza and I was informed that they closed the ovens from a 7 on Sunday ..Not good enough! Head up would not have been appreciated if I showed up!

When my friend arrived, there was a huge line of people getting ice, so he wasn't sure if the pizza was separated, so he went to the counter waiting for someone to talk to him and the younger girl on the counter saw him over when she didn't see him a few times, and when he tried to talk to her, she said that "we don't serve people who skip the line"

Been twice have HAIR in pizza twice and they didnt want to do nothing about it i contact supervisor and left her my number for the manager and never had a call! They could of atleast apologized and give ice cream or anything to be nice !!!!!

He made the mistake of ordering their calzone, which was literally cut a soggy pizza about half and smuggled together like a toddler who makes craft. Her tomato sauce has three or four times too much sugar to actually be called. It's basically a floppy, soggy, barbecue sauce sandwich. I mean, if that's what you're looking for, definitely for it. Otherwise I would go anywhere.

Ordered a small pizza, paid and was told to go wait 10 minutes, went back and waited 5 min at counter while they served other ppl then was told my pizza wasn't ready yet..waited another 10 min and asked about my pizza again and was told it wasn't even in oven yet so Sked for my money back which I did get back
