Alex, the young lady behind the counter, was brilliant. She was hard working, pleasant, efficient and made lovely drinks. I own a cafe, and Alex was so good. What james kevin Holmes doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
As a coach driver with 35 passengers looking for coffee, we stopped at the northbound Lancaster services at 3:30am, only to discover that the counter was unmanned. A Costa employee was sitting engrossed in his phone. I walked over to the south side, but found that it was also unmanned. Why advertise being open 24 hours if there is no staff available? Service very unpleasant, they make them wait 15 minutes on coffee because the floor is almost dry after washing. this should happen before opening!
Staff were bored/tired and not following a proper hygiene COVID practice
Staff looked bored. No cream or sprinkles on my special edition drink and no apology either.
People eating at two different costa tables during lockdown, at a service station. Surely this isn’t allowed and should be stopped.
Best and biggest selection of cakes, donuts and sandwiches in any Costa I've been to.Worth pulling over for a good time off the steering wheel.Bar tenders always nice and helpful.Keep up the good work guys.
