Holiday Inn Express Suites Bay City, An Ihg

We stayed at this restaurant for two nights with a group of three people. We were only provided with two towels, and when I asked for more hand towels, the staff said they didn't have any. Additionally, we noticed water with blood in the elevator. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, as we noticed that the floors were not properly cleaned. Despite pointing out these issues to the staff, no action was taken. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene at this restaurant.

This restaurant was fantastic! Tonya at the front desk had an amazing personality and was extremely helpful. Thank you, Tonya, for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant offers fantastic prices, it is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The pool and workout room are popular among children.

Clean cozy rooms, quiet and well maintained accommodation. the breakfast is ready at 5:30 a.m. for those who work or meet the road early also the staff is there to not hide them. only finished side is not cleaned and occupied daily.

Stay frequently. Staff is polite, professional and helpful. Parking is easy and safe, hotel is clean, room is always ready, breakfast has nice assortment and what should be hot, is hot and what should be cold is cold. Most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced. Big screen TVs, easy control AC thermostats…….and Ms Carla and staff pay close attention to detail. All at reasonable rates. Hard to beat.
