At first we love the taste and convenience of the location. but these guys have to play up there. Every time we order from Bay City site, we get cold fry chicken. I shouldn't get $16.23 for a 7-piece chicken strip meal just come home and warm it up in my air frit.

Can believe I have never published an review here because I deserve an honest one more than 5 stars the food is amazing prices are great and I must say the fish is phenomenal I love it so much and the hush puppies are amazing! You have to try if you all have it?

Just picked up a fish meal and chicken meal.. Would be delicious... Except all items were 'cold ' and limp.. Chicken, fries, and okra. Too bad not presented optionally ?
