The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful, but the manager, Donna, seemed very harsh towards them. I witnessed her publicly berating two young employees over a minor spill behind the front counter, with a crowd of 10-15 onlookers. I witnessed her publicly berating two young employees over a minor spill behind the front counter, with a crowd of 10-15 onlookers. This behavior was highly inappropriate and made everyone feel sorry for the mistreated employees.
I ordered the new strawberry funnel cake frappuccino from the restaurant. What a disappointment! Instead of receiving the item I ordered, I ended up with a regular strawberry frappuccino. We had to wait a very long time, despite placing our order in person. It took 15-20 minutes to receive an incorrect and unappetizing order. I would have preferred a simple strawberry smoothie instead. I was so unimpressed that I will never return to this restaurant.
The staff accused me of trying to steal their tips after I left my own tip in the jar. They then proceeded to take the tip I had left. They were impolite and the restaurant was empty.
Visited four times recently. Each time had to wait over 20 minutes. There has to be a way to provide better service using a better system. Twice my order was wrong.
Ordered a Carmel frappe and it wasn’t sweet and was slush
