A staff member there, who knows me personally and seems to harbor some animosity, made some inappropriate comments. While standing with a coworker, she made sure I could hear her mention my name, saying that if I had been working the night she ordered a pizza, she would have dropped it on the floor. The other coworker who rang me up overheard this and said, "Have a good day," which prompted an angry reaction from the first employee, who questioned why she would say that to me. I was really let down by the service this morning. If personal differences can't be set aside, it's better to stay silent and remove oneself from the situation. I'm quite unhappy with how everything unfolded. When I called to report the incident, all they said was that they would discuss it with her.
