The staff are incredibly rude and can not even cater to the most basic of requests. The food is truly awful and could be better prepared by...my 9 year old daughter. Save you time and money and go to any of the other restaurants along the lake. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CROWDS SITTING OUTSIDE as many of them are just unsuspecting tourists. I have eaten in many cities in Italy and find Italian people very friendly but the staff and management of this restaurant are amongst the rudest and most arrogant people I have ever met in my life. Be warned! A real shame for Lake Majorie and Italy.

The table was already reserved and nice, the menu wasn't special, we had to wait a long time, only the starter was good, the main course was completely forgotte... read more The table was already reserved and nice, the menu wasn't special, we had to wait a long time, only the starter was good, the main course was completely forgotten, we were asked for dessert after the starter after a long wait the trout was cold (it should be), the roast was extremely dry, and dessert was two scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce. The service was nice but very slow and inattentive, tables weren't cleared for a long time, so we won't be coming back, which they probably won't care about a shame.
