To top it off, on my birthday, they had technical difficulties, and I didn't get my free cookie. And of course, they couldn't give it out without it. Then we ordered the Italian burger and said we'd like to leave out the cooked ham and have extra cheese instead, and the staff seriously charged us an extra euro for the cheese. The staff also looked silly all day. It's no fun eating there.

When I mentioned my onion allergy, she immediately changed her gloves, even though she hadn't touched any onions before. The bread was perfectly topped, and my request for a slightly longer baking time was accommodated without any fuss. It was delicious and, most importantly, still piping hot. I'd definitely order again.
