Food very delicious, service friendly. Good price performance ratio. Schnitzel very tasty, chicken breast a little bit small portion. Can be recommended! Meal type: Dinner

Schmand-Schnitzel was cooked with Porree cream sauce, which was inedible, vegetables and all dressed on the plate without love. Large plastic part in the food. We could look into the kitchen area and have seen that the kitchen power has fallen on the earth and this was then dressed on the plate. Unbelievable. Ice cold at our table, as in the basement a door was open to the outside. Service did not provide a remedy even after two questions. Do not receive a reply from Hirschhausen on two mails. Criticism is to be accepted and taken care of. They don't have to. Never again Hirschhausen!!!!

Unfortunately, very disappointed, I had introduced more. Only the positive, a nice ambience and nice and friendly staff were able to be implemented. Now the negative, I had Schmand Schnitzel, very little sauce, schnitzel were salted and dry, after request for extra sauce, one came but that was no more Schmand sauce, but something mixed with flour. The vegetables were delicious. Then ordered Kaiserschmarn to take away, after 1 hour he came to eat at home, tasted cake pastry, harm, know him differently through Austria.

We were at the restaurant for dinner. Ambiente is very cozy. The service was very attentive and communicative you can like or not. The food was unfortunately only average, we had a carving hunter type and the pork roast, it was ok more but also not, but for a restaurant we expected more. We won't visit the restaurant again.

I'm here for the third time. The service quality has not changed during the third visit. Long waiting times and clearly overwhelmed staff. I like to wait a certain time for good food, but after 2 hours my patience also tears. You should understand that there are 240 guests on site. However, if I can not provide them with drinks or food, you should think about the utilisation of the restaurant as a managing director or, if necessary, hire other, capable staff. Very bad. The welcoming ambience and really delicious food are destroyed by all these negative criticisms.
