One of our favourites. Friendly host and always had great pizza thin crust with lots of variety of toppings. Importantly for some of our family they cater for vegans. Rally cannot understand some of these reviews. Always happy to go there and happy when we leave View all feedback.
What Bob H doesn't like about La Traviata:
We had not visited this restaurant for some years and remembered it as a basic good value pizzeria run by a French family. The new owner is charming but has no idea how to cook. inedible raw pizza that taste like flatbread. View all feedback.

Visited couple of evenings ago. Had a very nice veal and Marsala, mushroom cream sauce with penne pasta that had freshly grated Parmesan on. Excellent chilled local rose wine, dark chocolate mousse for desert, and two cafe cremes. Polite host and charming young waitress. Host speaks good English. Decor not 5 star, but it’s clean and cosy. Most enjoyable evening.
After a terrible visit in 2016 with a 1* review, my family enjoyed an excellent pizza and desert today.......clearly a change for the good. Well done La Traviata!
Great thin crust pizza...Sicilliene...very friendly host...as well not sure why the poor reviews...be back undoubtbly
We visited here this week on an overnight stop over with our 3 young sons. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. Apart from one other couple we were the only visitors, probably due to early season. Pizzas were great, lasagne great and my beef carpaccio was amazing. Very unusually for us, we all went on to have desserts. Cannot fault this lovely retro French gem!
