The man allowed himself to threaten and insult the girl-administrator only because she served everyone in turn, because there were a lot of people. The administrator behaved professionally, politely asked to wait, apologized for the inconvenience, but her kindness only annoyed the husband stood up for the girl I am upset that our people are used only to the humiliation of the staff We were served very well. Coffee and pancakes with chocolate and ice cream turned out to be delicious! Friendly staff! You have real, experienced administrators, I mean Katya and Dasha. I found out for the prices, what is free, and so on. I consulted with the company, started calling to book a cottage. It took me almost 40 minutes... And when I got through all the same, I told the plague administrator everything, to which I received an answer that the number was busy .... I think the owners should know what kind of monster they have working ... I will never go there and will not recommend to anyone. The prices are Kyiv , and the attitude towards guests and the quality of service leaves much to be desired! (to put it mildly) One story: ...all day on the beach we bought drinks, coffee and snacks at the establishment, and when I asked for the code from the toilet door, I was told that it was for visitors.... So it 's FOR A CHILD!!! I insisted, but we were sent to a horrible communal toilet on the beach And this is just one situation out of a hundred that are similar.
